Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders. Payments are handled securely through Shopify with encrypted gateways.
Shipping
Free EU shipping on orders over €100. Global shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to customs or logistics constraints.
Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days in unworn condition with original packaging. Contact support@potero.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All branding, graphics, and content belong to Potero Standard. Permission is required for reuse or reproduction.
