Delivery & Returns
Delivery
- Made to order. We only produce the products once the order has been placed.
- The shipping cost is shown at checkout.
- Tracking will be provided when available. You will receive a delivery confirmation email.
Address discipline
Please check the address before confirming the order. If the package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or is not picked up:
- Resend (delivery fee will be charged), or
- Refund (product price only; shipping costs will not be refunded in this case).
Returns (EU/Finland)
14-day right of withdrawal. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us first—unnotified returns will slow down processing.
How to cancel
- Send an email within 14 days of delivery: hq@poterostandard.fi
- Return the product within 14 days of notification of cancellation.
- The product must be unused, unwashed and resalable . The fit is ok.
Return costs
The customer pays the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or if we have sent the wrong product.
Refunds
- The refund will be paid to the original payment method .
- We will refund within 14 days of notification of cancellation. We can wait for the return to arrive (or for you to provide proof of shipment).
Exceptions
If the product is clearly personalized (made according to the customer's individual wishes), the right of withdrawal may not apply to it. Any exceptions will be stated on the product page.
Problems with ordering
Damaged/defective product
Send a clear picture and description to hq@poterostandard.fi .
- Please notify us within 30 days of delivery to ensure processing and possible exchange is handled as quickly as possible.
- If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement product (or a refund if a replacement is not possible).
- This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Wrong product / wrong print / wrong color
Please email us within 30 days of delivery and include pictures. We will fix the issue quickly.
Lost in transit / tracking not progressing
If your package is late, please contact us. Please notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so that we can request an investigation and, if necessary, resend a new one if the shipment is confirmed lost.
Marked as “delivered” but not received
First, check: neighbors, pickup location, and shipping company information. Then send us a message—we'll look at options on a case-by-case basis.
Wrong size
Please use the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you wish to cancel, please follow the return instructions above.
