Terms of Service — Potero Standard
1. Ownership of the site
The Potero Standard online store (the “Site”) is operated by Potero Standard Oy and its team. “Potero Standard”, “we” and “our” refer to the owner and operator of the Site.
2. Copyright and intellectual property rights
All designs, logos, graphics, product images and texts are the property of Potero Standard or its content creators.
Unauthorised copying, distribution, modification or commercial use of the material is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
3. Product information
Potero Standard offers clothing and related products for everyday use.
We describe materials, colours and sizing as accurately as we can, but small variations can occur (for example screen settings and manufacturing tolerances).
4. Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the Site and its information correct and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or always up-to-date service.
Potero Standard is not liable for damage arising from use of the Site, service interruptions, or third-party services (payments, shipping, technical platforms).
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under consumer protection law.
5. Delivery
We deliver orders to Finland, other EU countries and selected countries outside the EU. The current list of destination countries is shown at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that your order complies with the legislation of your country, and for any customs duties, taxes and import charges.
6. User obligations
When placing an order or creating an account, you undertake to provide correct information and to use the Site lawfully.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity on your account.
7. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms of service at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Using the Site after changes means you accept the terms.
8. Restricting access
We may suspend or end access to the Site, or cancel orders, if you breach these terms, misuse the Site, or if we suspect fraud or unlawful activity.
