Returns 

14-day right of withdrawal. You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Tell us first — returns sent without notice slow down processing.

How to cancel

  1. Send an email within 14 days of delivery: hq@poterostandard.fi
  2. Return the product within 14 days of giving notice of cancellation.
  3. The product must be unused, unwashed and resaleable. Trying it on is fine.

Return costs

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

  • Refunds are paid to the original payment method.
  • We refund within 14 days of the notice of cancellation. We may wait until the return arrives (or until you provide proof of postage).

Exceptions

If a product is clearly personalised (made to your individual specifications), the right of withdrawal may not apply to it. Any such exception is stated on the product page.

Problems with an order

Damaged or faulty product

Send a clear photo and description to hq@poterostandard.fi.

  • Report within 30 days of delivery — this is the fastest route to processing and any replacement.
  • If the fault is confirmed, we arrange a replacement product (or a refund, if a replacement is not possible).
  • This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Wrong product / wrong print / wrong colour

Email us within 30 days of delivery and include photos. We will put it right quickly.

Lost in transit / tracking not moving

If the parcel is delayed, get in touch. Report no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date so that we can open an enquiry and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, send a replacement.

Marked “delivered” but not received

First: check with neighbours, the pickup point and the local carrier. Then email us — we look at the options case by case.

Wrong size

Use the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you want to cancel, follow the standard return steps above.
