Delivery

• Made to order. Products are made after the order is placed.
• The shipping cost is shown at checkout.
• Tracking is provided when available. You will receive a delivery confirmation by email.

Address details

Please check the address before confirming your order. If the parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected:

• Resend (the shipping cost is charged), or
• Refund (the product price only; shipping costs are not refunded in this case).
