This article gathers the most common questions about the Potero Standard Hoodie: shipping, returns, choosing a size and washing instructions.

Shipping
The garment is made to order. Printing happens only after the order, so no bulk sits in a warehouse. That is why delivery takes a little longer than a stocked item.
How long does delivery take?
Manufacture and delivery usually take one to two weeks. The partner ships the item from Latvia straight to the address on the order. A dispatch confirmation comes by email, and tracking when it is available.
What does shipping cost and where do you ship?
The shipping cost depends on the destination country and is shown at checkout. We ship to Finland, other EU countries and selected countries outside the EU.
Address details are checked before payment
Check the address carefully before confirming the order. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address, or goes uncollected, it is sent again against the shipping cost, or the price of the item is refunded.
Returns
A made-to-order garment is made for one order. Check the size against the chart before ordering and it lands first time. The withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery.
How do I return an item?
- Send notice first by email to hq@poterostandard.fi, and you will get the return instructions.
- Return the item within 14 days of that notice.
- The item must be unused, unwashed and resaleable. Trying it on is allowed.
What are the return costs?
- The person ordering covers the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or wrong.
- The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of the notice.
What if the item is faulty or wrong?
An item that is faulty, wrong or lost in transit: report it within 30 days and include photos. A replacement or refund is arranged. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.
Tip: put the order number and the email used at checkout in the message. The order is then found immediately and the matter moves faster.
Sizing
The right size makes the hoodie the one relied on in everyday life. Because the garment is made to order, choose the size by measuring rather than guessing.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure a hoodie you already own as a reference, laid flat. Chest width is measured armpit to armpit, not as a chest circumference. Length is measured from the highest shoulder point to the hem.
- S: chest width 50.8 cm, length 68.6 cm
- M: chest width 53.3 cm, length 71.1 cm
- L: chest width 58.4 cm, length 73.7 cm
- XL: chest width 63.5 cm, length 76.2 cm
- 2XL: chest width 67.3 cm, length 78.7 cm
- 3XL: chest width 71.1 cm, length 81.3 cm
Normal production tolerance is about ±1-3 cm. If the size falls between two, the larger gives a more relaxed fit. The full chart, including t-shirts and caps, is in the size guide.
Washing and care
Correct washing extends the life of the hoodie and keeps the prints and colours better for longer.
- Wash inside out at 30-40 °C with similar colours.
- Avoid tumble drying. Hang it or dry it flat.
- Do not iron over the print; iron from the reverse on a low heat.
- Do not use bleach.

Product details
The Potero Standard Hoodie is plain and deliberately stripped back.
- 288 g/m² Cotton Heritage base. Heavy medium.
- Embroidered Potero badge on the front, no back print.
- Unisex cut.
- Designed in Finland, printed in Latvia.
The same base and the same sizing are used for the Kaukopartio Hoodie, the I Hate Those Damn Drones Hoodie, the Stand With Ukraine Hoodie and the Defender QRF Hoodie. The difference is the back print.
